If you have limitations or need lots of variations, no problem! Sadie had an accident as a teen and it broke her neck and spine in 3 places. She was partially paralyzed for 2 years, and doctors said she’d likely never walk or run, again.
It took her a decade, but through a combination of mindful, gentle yoga, increasing to strength-based yoga and fitness, Sadie went from a lost cause to teaching all over the world.
Now, at 50, she’s stronger and more fit, healthier inside and out, then she was in her 20s.
