My name is Heather Mikkelsen and I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and when I moved to London I wanted to bring that Brooklyn vibe to my classes.
My style of teaching is all about having fun, training hard and to challenge you so you leave the class feeling fit and fierce.
