Important update for In-App Subscribers!

Hi Fierce App users! Your app has been discontinued, as we have created a brand new and improved custom platform for our Fit & Fierce Club that does the same things as your app! Read on because we want you to come to the new platform and not be getting double charged for the old app, which is outside of our company’s control! Here’s what to do:

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CLUB THROUGH THE APP (only) Check your email for your new login information and a link to create your password at the new site. If you did not receive an email, you can use your email address to reset your password by clicking here. All other subscribers can continue using their current log in at fitfierceclub.com.

Please note, we do not have any control over in-app purchases. When you subscribe directly through the app, your subscription and payment information is with Android Mobile/TV or Amazon, we are not able to cancel it for you or issue any refunds. You can contact the Play Store or FireTV for a refund if needed. It is at their discretion if a refund is issued. We recommend that you make any changes to your subscription plan at least 24 hours before it is set to renew. Both Apple and ROKU will automatically be canceled and there is no action needed.

IMPORTANT: Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged. When you cancel a subscription you will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of the time for which you have already paid.

HOW DO I ADD NEW BILLING INFO?

To add your billing information click on PAYMENT METHODS under the MY ACCOUNT. There you will be able to add a new billing method.

HOW DO I CAST THE VIDEOS TO MY TV?

You will now have the same functionality as the app on the website through your internet browser on your device of choice. You can cast the video onto your TV or display through your phone / device.

WHY WAS THE APP DISCONTINUED?

As an update to improve your member experience we are putting our resources into creating a custom, newly improved platform that combines aspects of the app, the website and is fully optimized for mobile devices including smart phones, tablets and iPads thus we will have discontinued the apps. You will now have the same functionality on the website through your internet browser on your device of choice. You can also cast the video onto your TV or display through your phone / device.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

If you originally signed up through the app, you will need to check your email for instructions on how to access your new account. You can also create / reset your password by simply clicking on “Sign In” from the Menu (when logged out). You will be taken to the Sign In page. Click “Lost your password?”, enter your email address when prompted and click “Send Instructions”. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Once signed into the club, you can change your password by going to MY ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT DETAILS. There you will be able to update your password.

I CLICKED ON THE "FORGOT PASSWORD" LINK BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RESET PASSWORD EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Try checking to see if it was accidentally sorted into your spam folder in your inbox. Also, make sure that the email you’re checking is the same as the one used on your account. If all else fails, contact us at info@fitfierceclub.com and we’ll assist you in getting back in.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PREVIOUS IN-APP SUBSCRIPTION (AMAZON OR ANDROID)?

If you previously signed up through the app, Amazon and Android subscribers will need to cancel the subscription through the app so you don’t get charged through the app provider.

You will NOT see an option to change or cancel your plan on your Dashboard on the membership website.  if you are subscribed through the app. You will need to make any changes to your plan wherever you are subscribed to The Fit & Fierce Club. Both Apple and ROKU In-App subscribers will automatically be removed from the recurring app billing as there is no action needed.
