FAQ

When will the new club be ready?

We are working hard to bring you the same club on our new custom platform. It may take up to 48 hours, however we encourage you to check back here frequently. In the meantime Sadie and her master teachers put together a curated list of workouts to keep you busy! Be sure to check your email for those links.

I am a member: When will I have access to my account again?

The new club will be up and running within the next 24-48 hours. Once the new club is live you will receive an email from us on how to log into your account.

I am a member: Do I need to do anything?

If you subscribed using a credit card: Keep an eye out for an email from us with instructions on how to log in.
If you subscribed using PayPal: Your account will still be active with the club until the end of your subscription period, however you will need to re-enter your PayPal info once the subscription date has expired. You can also cancel and resign up with a valid credit card at anytime to avoid having to re-enter your paypal info when your subscription runs out.
If you subscribed through the app: You should have received an email stating that your account has been moved to the new platform and all apps will be discontinued.

If you previously signed up through the app, Amazon and Android subscribers will need to cancel the subscription through the app so you don’t get charged through the app provider.

You will NOT see an option to change or cancel your plan on your Dashboard on the membership website.  if you are subscribed through the app. You will need to make any changes to your plan wherever you are subscribed to The Fit & Fierce Club. Both Apple and ROKU In-App subscribers will automatically be removed from the recurring app billing as there is no action needed.

I’m not a member but I want to join the club

Once the new club is live you will be able to become a member. Please check back within the next 24-48 hours.

I am a member: I didn’t get an email from you

If you are an active member of the club and did not receive an email from us, be sure to check your spam / junk email box and insure that you add info@fitfierceclub.com to your email clients address book. You can also email us at info@fitfierceclub.com and we can make sure you receive the important email updates for your account access.
